There is severe pain in abdomen especially on the right side. Pain rapidly changes place, comes like lighting flash. Pain is of cramping type. Pain is worse before the flow begins and better when flow starts, by lying of right side, by heat and bending double.

Directions: Adults: Take 4-5 pellets or tablets orally by mouth and allow them to dissolve in few minutes time. Repeat at least 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before or after food.
